Downloading an Update for Windows Software Packages

1. To download, click the version number of the update you need from the table below.
Save the “update.zip” file to your Downloads folder, Desktop, flash drive, or CD drive.
Do not open or run the file at this point.

2. Open the software and select Update.
Choose the “update.zip” file from the appropriate drive, then click the UPDATE button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Abbreviations:

mw3 = MEETWARE3 & TIMEWARE3

pwii = POLOWARE3

pw3 = POLOWARE3 

ww3 = WORKWARE3

Clearing Browser Cache

If you’ve installed the latest update but the date in your software doesn’t match the list below, your browser may have downloaded a cached version of the update file instead of the most recent one. To resolve this:

1. Clear your browser cache.

2. Delete the previous update file.

3. Re-download the update file.

4. Install the update again.

Updates for the original TIMEWARE®, POLOWARE®, and WORKWARE® programs are no longer available. Please call IST for information on upgrading to TIMEWARE®3, POLOWARE®3, or WORKWARE®3.

If you need to reinstall your IST software and your original installation is more than two versions behind, consider purchasing a new installation USB with the most current version for $40.00.
