Demo Downloads

Our software can be downloaded and tested without a license. You can also call us at 1-800-835-2611 to request a CD of the demo software.
The demo download is an executable file. Save (don’t Run) it to your Desktop and click on the icon labeled MW3 Demo.exe/TW3 Demo.exe/PW3 Demo.exe. The demo will install and leave a shortcut on your desktop.

The IST Demos runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10.

Event Lists

Use Event List to create and save the exact event lists you need. Copy and change as needed or import from Hy-Tek Meet Manager.

Event Parameters

Set the parameters for the events in your list–age, sex, distance, stroke, Freshman/JV/Varsity, time/class codes, Prelim/Semi/Final and more.

Offline Scoring

Off-Line Scoring for editing results before printing final reports. Adjust times or FTP results. Summarizes all heats for hand scoring. Re-send results to Hy-Tek MEET MANAGER.

Message Boards

Message Board for sending messages to IST Scoreboards. Assign lanes for warm-ups before the meet. During breaks, promote your concession stand!

MEETWARE – Full meet and team management system that is recommended for teams that are not currently using Hy-Tek’s Meet Manager. Best for High School, College, and small age group teams.

Results Interface – This software option must be added if you want to send event results to Hy-Tek’s MEET MANAGER. Hy-Tek’s Timing Console Interface is also required. If you want to see event entries on the timing screen or alphanumeric scoreboard, you must also have Hy-Tek’s Alpha Scoreboard Interface. Hy-Tek products must be purchased from them.

Diving Interface – This software option must be added if you want to run diving events.

Scoreboard Interface – This software option must be added if you will use TIMEWARE 2 with a scoreboard from IST or another supplier.

BOARDWARE – This software package displays a 32 character alphanumeric scoreboard on a computer screen that can be projected onto your pool wall. It runs on the same computer as IST’s TIMEWARE, MEETWARE or POLOWARE. It is recommended for pools with minimal natural light.

Site License – Software is designed for use by 2 teams (typically Men/Women or High School/Middle School). If more teams are going to be using the Software, then additional licenses are required.

TIMEWARE – Timing console software that is recommended for teams using Hy-Tek’s Meet Manager. Best for large age group teams.
