SWIMCLOCK Programming Pendent Update -  If you always wanted to do more complicated workouts with your SWIMCLOCK, simply send us your Programming Pendent for a software update.  The new program allows you to enter 5 intervals per set, create workouts with up to 30 sets and save 15 workouts in memory.  To update your Pendent at no charge, call IST at 800/835-2611 for an RMA number and further instructions.  All SWIMCLOCKs sold or repaired after September 18, 2003 will already have the update.
